Photographer Joe Hoover is an artist and storyteller
with a mathematical sense of composition and lighting. His photographs are slices of his world,
moments in time he's captured with a unique documentary style that
reflects the combat cameraman’s training to, “tell the story!"
 Joe Hoover’s black and white photos, hand painted and color photographs, reflect the seasoned photographer’s view of the world. Propelled by both his documentary filmmaking experiences and an aesthetic calling, Joe photographs cats, dogs, people, kids, flowers, landscapes, and other beautiful things along the byways then shares his experiences with us.. |
